Lottie

Lottie is Inflecto’s resident morale booster and part-time meeting supervisor. As Ross’s loyal office companion, she keeps spirits high, energy grounded, and snack inventories under close observation. While she doesn’t commit code, she does commit to team wellbeing — which, in our experience, is just as important.

Most days you’ll find Lottie greeting visitors and reminding everyone to take screen breaks with a walk. She has a particular talent for diffusing tense moments by making it very clear when things have gotten a bit too intense. Her presence sets the tone for a friendly, focused studio where good work (and the occasional biscuit) gets done.

Lottie also plays a surprisingly effective role in productivity: she keeps meetings moving (especially when someone says “walk”), encourages regular stretch breaks, and provides unbiased feedback on lunchtime choices.
